About Your Home Inspector

Originally from Minnesota, Mike O’Bannon grew up in the trades as a third generation carpenter. Being in the industry 25+ years, he’s an expert in homes and their functionality.

Now in Northwest Arkansas, he couldn’t imagine living his life anywhere else. He’s a true leader, a man devoted to his family (wife + 4 kids), and sets his sights on caring for others and positively impacting his community.

His passion for inspecting a home in order to tell its story is what drives him everyday.
 “I’m grateful for every opportunity to educate | help a homeowner – or future homeowner – know the ins and outs of the property and its functionality. I do it to serve and I wouldn’t do it any other way. My clients come first and I’m always a resource for them, even after the inspection,” Mike says.

When Mike’s not inspecting a home, you can usually find him relaxing and visiting with his family | friends, trail running, hiking, taking road trips, fishing | cruising on the NW Arkansas lakes, and studying the Bible.
